Paolo and Marco met in the 2000s when they were colleagues sharing experiences in airline engineering. Both had worked in the world of executive aircraft during the early years of the last decade and then reunited after another ten years, having accumulated experience in various aviation companies, to establish WACA.

Paolo has a diploma in Aeronautical Technical and boasts an impressive career spanning more than 20 years. During this time, he has held various positions within the technical management of several aircraft operators, encompassing responsibilities in, engineering, planning, continuing airworthiness management, and serving as the CAMO Post Holder in different airlines and in independent CAMO organization.

Marco Barbieri

Marco holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering and a master’s degree in training processes. He has accumulated over two decades of experience in the technical management of airliners, with a strong background in avionics engineering and more recently in compliance monitoring management, and safety management.
